In the depths of the ice age in Europe, at the end of the Upper Paleolithic, the Gravettian saw incredible societies of mammoth hunters thriving across Europe.
They lived in caves, rock shelters, and open-air settlements in mammoth bone houses and developed surprisingly complex and sophisticated societies. Their burials at sites like Dolní Věstonice and Sungir could include grave goods like ivory beads in enormous quantities, suggesting the emergence of social inequality.

breast milk is FOOD. maybe they supplied it in times of need, and the fattest women stored the calories on thier bodies, to make that FOOD. until they domesticated cows? so they fed them extra. Those women sat around a lo t making baskets and sewing skins etc. and keeping the fires going. those huge breasts result from several pregnancies ( lots of hormones) , have seen several babies and probably a great deal of extra stimulation , which produces all the more milk and makes them grow .

What is the purpose of a pirate, what value does a pirate bring to the world, if you steal from a poor man you're just a thief, if you steal from a rich man you are just a thief, if you steal from a thief you are just a thief, destruction of an economy is a valueless activity, Blackbeard buried 18 billion $ and had no clue where it was so tell your stories of being robbed is disabling.

The hole in this argument is the total lack of monuments or other artifacts recognizing autocratic warrior kings and generals. The society simply didn’t admire personalizations of violence. No doubt the Minoans possessed the necessary tools of violence and knew how to use them. But the decision to deny violence a place of honor in their society must have been significant.

I showed multiple artefacts in this video of Minoan warriors with swords, spears, daggers, and shields including what are interpreted as ceremonial displays so no there is not a "total lack" of artefacts.

The Roman Empire called our region, Spain, Antequeram, "the Land of the Ancient ones". Modern Science is discovering that european humans didn't come from Africa 800.000 years ago: in Spain there were human with europid traits 1.4 million years ago... Spain is the craddle of Native Europeans, but still hides most of its secrets.

Scandinavian DNA shouldn't be limited to Scandinavia, the crossover into the 'Germanic' tribes (some were Scandinavian/heavily influenced) specifically the Cherusci, and then we have Friesland and let's not forget Russia and even down to the Byzantine Empire. I've just now found out I'm top 5 match out of a database of hundreds of thousands for the Prince/Priest whose tomb is the Leubingen tumulus. I've crossed referenced this with my other tests and with family tests, there's 365 people who match him, and we make up 9 of them. Some people think taking one or even three DNA tests will yield accurate results, you really have to put the work in, all the DNA testing companies are commercial businesses they do not have the resources to give super accurate results from a single test.

Really nice to learn the actual history behind the myth. At the same time, it makes me feel blessed to have been born into 20th century western culture. The 15th century in Wallachia sounds like a really, really brutal place to try to to eke out an honest living.
